This listing is for 100% wool yarn to use for your rug hooking or punch needle projects. This wool is manufactured by Malabrigo Company in Uruguay and Peru. This yarn is soft and a slightly smaller gauge than the Rasta or Caracol Malabrigo yarns. Could be hooked single or double ply.

Use this bulky weight yarn like you would wool fabric strips - comparable to a roughly 6/32" wide fabric strip or can be hooked double ply to cover more area! I use this yarn to achieve beautiful textures within my rug hooking projects. Great for fields, animals, flower patches, backgrounds and more!
