This listing is for one Irish Hook rug hooking tool appropriate for Primitive Rug Hooking. This popular hook style is also known widely as The Hartman Hook.

This hook is hand turned by Neville Smith in Ireland from Yew wood with Brass tapered hardware. This hook features a wooden ball handle that sits comfortably in the hand. It is great for primitive wool cuts that are 1/4" (#8) or even wider.
